Boog Says get yo ass off the couch and get your workout on! Go to the gym, run, walk, sit ups, push ups, pull ups, dips something!..... You feel me knocking? THEN LET ME IN! 3 or 4 times a week for an hr minimum that's all you need. I GURANTSHEED YOU WILL SEE RESULTS ....... Its 2011 my friends LETS GET ACTIVE! I advise you not to be this guy!
