Shout to my man Asamoah Gyan one of the most Jiggyest soccer players in the game. Soccer which I call the beautiful game! Scoring opportunity's are very limited in games so it takes great teamwork, communication, precision passing, patience, and pure skill to put one in the back of the net. So on  We$t Coa$t Wedne$day Woodland Hills was real active on the Scene today with alot of ~CALI SWAG~........... A Caucasian male aka Goonie in his mid to late 40s is running wild in the streets of my city. Most of the people who check in with BOOG SAYS know the story already. So no need to really break it down for you, but long story short. SHOTS WERE FIRED TODAY AT ABOUT 1145 AM PST and it has been 12 hours and the man has yet to be found!!!!........................................... I was at work on my "Daddy gotta get that cash" (Click :).....), when I heard this was going on. My first reaction was pull out the mobile device to get the real inside scoop its 2011 technology allows us to do these things when we hear non-sense going on................................ Question is are you Shook? or  "How shook are you right now?" or  "How shook were you? or "How shook would you be if this happened regularly where you live" lol I had a million questions burning after reading the details because acts like this go on everywhere in the world just so happened today this happened few miles from where I lay my head, eat, shower, SB, GT$, ESPN, Huggies, read you get the idea! ...... You may not know what shook means but the police are still on the search for this man................................... When you hear things like this that happen how shook do you then become? This is what I call gettin' JIGGY!

One thing about BOOG is I like to get JIGGY. You can get JIGGY just about anywhere you feel is worth JIGGYNESS. In this video right here you will see a dance compilation from a competition where these cats just shut the game down with moves out of this world. Dancing has evolved so much there are always new styles, new dances, choreography everything but back in 2004 in this dance contest cats were up in there dancing their asses off. Some people like to use dance for a way of expression, like when BOOG needs to express himself. I will go HAM ON A SNITCH ASAP. I came across this video on youtube and it was BLOG WORTHY, so I had to post it check it out for yourself.


On a side note there is no music playing but you can still see all the JIGGYNESS!

Boog Says get yo ass off the couch and get your workout on! Go to the gym, run, walk, sit ups, push ups, pull ups, dips something!..... You feel me knocking?  THEN LET ME IN! 3 or 4 times a week for an hr minimum that's all you need.  I GURANTSHEED YOU WILL SEE RESULTS ....... Its 2011 my friends LETS GET ACTIVE!  I advise you not to be this guy!

Live life with the GREENLIGHT!

I would like to introduce you to my buddy Mr. JR Smith aka Earl Smith III aka Mr. Greenlight aka JR Swish....... This is a man who didn't let a good opportunity pass him by. In 2004 Earl was selected to play in the McDonalds All American game. This is the most prestigious High School All Star Game in the USA only 24 High School Seniors are selected each year to play in this game. Now prior to this game JR Smith was committed to University of North Carolina, at least that's what we thought! (watch the video all the announcer keeps saying is "JR Smith headed to North Carolina"). Now at this All American Game their are tons of NBA Owners, Scouts, General Managers, Coaches, Players, pretty much anyone affiliated with the NBA is either in attendance or watching from home. Mr. Greenlight aka JR Smith had a decision to make, he could have went out there and ran up and down the court for 40 minutes on national TV broke a nice little sweat and then that upcoming fall take his talents to North Carolina to read books, go to class, and play for a university that reaps all the benefits from his basketball skills, OR he can go out there for 40 minutes and showcase his game to all the NBA scouts and the rest of the WORLD that he don't need to go to college, he's NBA ready now, he wants to tattoo his entire body, he wants a million dollar contract, and his game is SWAGGER! (SHOUT-OUT TO II KEYS) and that he wants to take home the MVP throphy........... So he went out there and did just that and never stepped a foot on college soil and he was drafted #18 in the 2004 NBA DRAFT which gurantsheed him a million dollar contract and to this day he has never looked back.

In Life you will get opportunities if you are doing the right things, Mr. Greenlight used this game to springboard his NBA career and it probably would have never happened if he didn't make the most of this opportunity he had earned to play in the game....... Its on you to capitalize on the opportunities your receive and make something of them. Life is what you make it people. GOD BLESS AND GOOD NIGHT!

Man Special Delivery is still to this day one of my favorite tracks........ This is just sad to watch because he was at the top of the game for a quick second but its so easy to fall off then to stay on top! Once he finally gets going he rips it but he can barely maintain his freestyle. Drugs will ruin you "JUST SAY NO"!

Coach of the month???

If you know Boog...... You know I love basketball more than anything in this world. By looking at this picture you see my dude D(swagger on a hundred trillion)Wade and his coach Erik Spoelstra aka "Spo" having a chop during a game. Now Miami Heat set an NBA record in the month of December by going 10-0 on the road first time ever done in a calendar month in the NBA (Nice!). So because of that "Spo" was named Coach of the month for the month of December (Child Please to that!) I mean you coach Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh are your really coaching? Or just standing on the sideline holding a title, collecting a check and getting Big Boy'd by your players?
